Physica Energetics processes and ships all orders with in 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays).
Shipping & Handling Rates
All orders (including patient direct drop shipments) will contain a packing slip, with quantities of the shipment contents, without pricing.
US Shipping Rates
All orders subtotal (before tax and shipping) up to $499.99 is $20. This rate includes patient direct direct drop ship orders.
FREE shipping & handling on orders over $500.
US orders are shipped via UPS 3-day Express.
Canadian & International Shipping & Handling Information
Canadian and International orders ship via UPS Expedited International and do not qualify for free shipping. All non-US countries are subject to International rates, which vary by country.
Please be advised that Aperture Energetics is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we strongly recommend that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.
International Shipping Terms and Disclosure
Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties.
You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase*. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Aperture Energetics is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. By ordering you agree to these terms.
In some countries, supplements are restricted for import to a 90-day supply and must be for your own personal use.
*Losses incurred due to exceeding your country's limitations will not be refunded.
Return Policy
Aperture Energetics accepts product returns within 10 days of the original invoice date. To make a return, please contact customer service or visit us at www.physicaenergetics.com. Product returned for credit must be unmarked, unopened, have a securely fastened seal, and be accompanied by a copy of/or the original invoice. Aperture Energetics is not responsible for shipping expenses for returned product. Upon receipt of your product return, Aperture Energetics will issue a product credit to your account, less 20% restocking fee. This product credit is to be used toward future purchases. If you receive an order that is incomplete or damaged, you must notify Aperture Energetics within 5 days of receipt of the order.
