We have removed the caffeine to increase its bioenergetic access utilizing a natural decaffeinating process described as effervescence. Instead, it uses no chemicals and relies on a natural process using water and (super) carbon dioxide that retains 98% of the polyphenols. It helps to remove heavy metals, residues, and pesticides that might have drifted over from neighboring fields. The enzymes that cause oxidation and fermentation are naturally de-activated, thus preserving the polyphenols and retaining the potent antioxidant activity.
