By purchasing Physica Energetics products from Aperture Energetics after establishing a practitioner account, by clicking to accept and agree, you, the reseller, agree to these terms and agree to abide by the terms and conditions herein.
Resale Policy
Physica Energetics (PE) products are sold exclusively through licensed and certified healthcare practitioners and used under the practitioner's close supervision and direct care.
Aperture Energetics does not authorize or permit sales of its PE professional line of products on third-party sites like Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or any other non-practitioner-owned website for online retailing.
PE products may not be listed for sale on search engines shopping platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, or others.
PE products for sale in clinic settings or retail dispensary settings must be placed behind the counter, out of sight of the general public. They must have a resident practitioner consultation before purchase.
Products purchased by PE account holders may not be sold to other businesses with the intent of distribution through unauthorized venues or the Internet.
Websites clearly associated with the healthcare professional’s practice may offer PE products, provided a practitioner/patient relationship is established with the patient before purchasing any Physica Energetics products.
Online stores and dispensaries can show product images without pricing being visible to the general public.
Patients purchasing products online must log in to a password-gated store to purchase products after practitioner recommendation by the practitioner overseeing the patient’s healing journey to ensure accurate dosage and frequency.
Aperture Energetics is solely responsible for establishing the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for each PE product and communicating the MAP to all practitioners as authorized resellers. The MAP-indicated price for the PE product line is available for download below.
Rsellers may sell PE products at or above the MAP price. However, it violates this Policy for resellers to sell any PE product at a lower price. PE account are the responsibility of the healthcare practitioner.
Failure to follow Aperture Energetics policies will result in the suspension of the account.
