Omega GOLD is an Omega-3 fatty acid fish oil that can support healthy cardiovascular, neural, and emotional pathways. *

Omega GOLD contains Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). They are two essential fatty acids in the Omega-3 family. They differ considerably from alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), the Omega-3 fatty acid derived from flax seed oil, canola oil, and other plant sources. Fish provides a bioavailable source of EPA and DHA.
